Australian Cattle Dog (Blue Heeler) - Alley - Medium - Baby
Alley is a little shy, but has tons of love to offer. She is currently in foster care with horses, cats, and other dogs. Her foster mom reports he really wants to be loved but big brothers usually push her out of the way and shes timid at first. Once she has you to herself though shes very calm, loving, and will usually lie down and go to sleep in your lap. Everybody is bigger and pushes her out the way but she comes back tenderhearted to every one of them. Given the right environment and person, she may even be a protector and a little watchdog. Please contact the shelter to make arrangements to meet this great girl. We APPRECIATE you considering a shelter adoption. We do not run a heartworm test on our pets. You may request a test to be run; the fee is $8, non-refundable. We are open every day but Sunday, 10 to 4:45. Adoption fee $60 includes spaying/neutering & initial vaccinations. A rabies vaccination is not included. Upon adoption, your new pet with be scheduled with Angelina Animal Hospital for it's required spay/neuter surgery. Average 1-3 days. You may pick up your new pet directly from the Vet's office. The surgery must be completed before pick up.
